Healthy Heart

The heart is a myogenic muscular organ present in all living system. The Heart has a circulatory system which includes all the vertebrates present on the land. The circulatory system pumps blood throughout the blood vessels in regular rhythmic contractions. The term Cardiac means "related to the heart" and Cardiology defines the study of heart related diseases. The weight of a normal Heart is about 250 to 300 grams in females and 300 to 350 grams in males. Heart is present It is located anterior to the vertebral column and posterior to the sternum, or in general, it is present little to the left of the middle of the chest, and it's about the size of the fist.
The vertebrate Heart is mainly consists of cardiac muscle and connective tissue, where Cardiac muscle is a spontaneous or reflex striated muscle tissue present only in the Heart. The Connective tissues are responsible for the ability of the Heart to pump blood. The average Heart Beats of a human is 72 beats per minute.
Having a Healthy Heart is a sign of a fine and good healthy status of a human being. Heart is the most important and valuable organ in the cardiovascular system. The Heart is an organ which requires a particular care and well-timed medical support to remain the human body healthy and in good health. Generally Cardiac (Heart) diseases occur due to the decreased/reduced flow of oxygenated blood in the heart. Various problems of Cardiac related disease are like diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, high cholesterol, sleeping disorders, and, irregular food habits.
Heart related problems require an intense attention and concentration and should be treated rapidly for proper and appropriate care. The method of conquering Cardiac discomforts is

Heartburn

Heartburn is also known as pyrosis, cardialgia, or acid indigestion. Medically, Heartburn is known with the name of pyrosis oracid. Heartburn disease has nothing in relation with heart. Basically, Heartburn is disorder related with gastric reflux, which is mainly defined as the regurgitation of gastric acid.
Pyrosis is basically a condition of discomfort of warm and burning sensation in the parts f the body other than heart especially in the chest mainly behind the sternum or breastbone or in the epigasrium. The pain over and over again rises in the chest and may spread out into the neck, throat, or angle of the jaw. Occasionally pain gets worse as patient lies down more generally straight away after eating.
In simple words, Heartburn is a distress or uneasiness caused by the stomach contents moves above from the stomach up into the lower part of the esophagus.
Frequent attacks of the Heartburn can be a sign of a more severe situation called Gastroesophageal reflux disease or GERD.

Pyrosis



Pyrosis is a throbbing balmy and flaming feeling in the chest, generally just at the back the sternum or breastbone that usually comes in waves. The pain probably may start off in the chest area and built its way up to the neck, throat and jaw. The pain typically obtains worse when the patient lies down or bends over, and is more generally immediately after eating.
The Heartburn is medically known as Heartburn, Cardialgia or acid indigestion. The word "Pyronsis" is a common lay term that has nobody to do with the heart.

Cardialgia is typically associated to the gastric reflux - the regurgitation of gastric acid which is one of the main symptoms of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease).
